Our backpacks are handmade modified in Barcelona . When we receive your order, we make the adaptation, to the left or right side depending on the side where you have been intervened, customizing the backpack to your needs.

If the order is placed on weekends or local, national and international holidays, the deadline will start counting on the first working day after the order is placed.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. . It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
